These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SMS messaging service provided by Sainte Hair Salon ("we," "us," or "our").
We operate an SMS-based virtual receptionist service that allows customers to text our business number to request HVAC services, ask questions, and schedule appointments. This service is provided as a convenience to our customers.
You opt in to receive SMS messages from us by texting our business number at (801) 385-0636. By initiating contact, you consent to receive SMS replies related to your inquiry.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you initiate contact again.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries. We only send messages in direct response to your texts. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Our SMS service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for initial responses. However, actual HVAC service scheduling is subject to our business hours and technician availability. Emergency services are available at additional cost.
While we strive to provide accurate information via SMS, all pricing, availability, and technical assessments provided through SMS are estimates only. Final pricing is determined after an in-person diagnostic by a licensed technician.
Our SMS service is provided "as is." We are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to carrier issues or technical failures outside our control.
Our SMS service is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support may vary.
